Victoria Sevy Russell is a fine artist living in Portland, Oregon. Born in New York in 1928, she is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She specializes in portraiture, still life and creating whimsical characters and subjects that reflect the every person, drawing from her upbringing and family life in the Pacific Northwest. When she’s not painting and drawing, she creates cards and pieces for her community and cuddles with her dog Bingo.
